Who we are
Aiventra is an independent nonprofit AI research laboratory based in Kathmandu, Nepal. This policy explains how we handle information collected through aiventra.ai.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us directly: your name and email when you use the contact form, and your email address if you subscribe to research updates. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your message. Newsletter subscriptions are used to send research updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Data storage
Form submissions are processed by our server and, when configured, forwarded to our team via email (Resend). Newsletter signups may be stored in a mailing list provider (e.g. Resend Audiences or Mailchimp). Data is stored within the EEA or equivalent jurisdictions.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. To do so, email us at hello@aiventra.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may set a session cookie for technical operation of the site. No personal data is stored in cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
